My name is Madison Thompson, creator and trainer of Bold Behavior Fitness. I created Bold Behavior Fitness back in 2019, same time I began my own personal fitness journey. Bold Behavior Fitness is all about improving your overall health and modifying your lifestyle for the better. I coach my clients to be mindful of their body ,health status, food intake, and most of all their mental.
